This integration provides automatic chat synchronization with your CRM. We will create or update clients (including contact details) and save chat or call conversations to the comments section.
To integrate FreshOffice, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > Integrations and click on FreshOffice.
1.API ID. To get the API ID for integration, go to Settings > Integration > API on your FreshOffice system, click on the „Get API key“ button.
2.API key. It will be a key-code that is located directly under the API ID that was entered in the previous step.
3.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
4.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
Hit the Connect button and you are all set.
Now, after finishing chats in JivoChat app, you will receive data directly to your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the „Connected integrations“ list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
