To integrate RetailCRM, open your JivoChat application and go to Manage > *Integrations and click on RetailCRM.
After that, the connection page will open and you will need to fill in the following fields:
1.RetailCRM Domain name. It is the address of your system in RetailCRM, it can be copied from the address bar:
2.API token. On RetailCRM dashboard, click on the settings icon in the upper left corner, so you will switch to Administration mode. Then you need in the section Integration > API Access Keys. Copy the key from the opened page and use it when filling in this field.
3.Integration name. The name that will be displayed in the list of connected integrations. Any name will suffice.
4.Select channels for this integration. Click to open the list of available channels and select the ones to enable this integration.
Hit the Connect button and you are all set.
Done! After finishing chats in JivoChat app, you will receive data directly to your CRM. After connecting, the integration will appear in the „Connected integrations“ list, where you can change its settings and view the event logs.
